what about a plain cracker/crackers or flat bread, have a look down the biscuit isle in your local supermarket and there is alot of savoury crackers in all flavours and sizes :)

Hey :) I bought some off the internet and being in the UK sites were selling them for around £40 which is way too expensive, i found some for £20 and bought them but i think they were fake ones as i lost no weight what so ever and just felt ill all the time :/ If they work for you, let me know :D Good luck x

i'm 5 foot 11 and weigh 178lbs, i would like to weigh 140lbs at the lowest ..i'm happy with 154lbs or something though :)

I have 14mm gauges in each ear and had 5mm in both ears on my second lobe piercing but took them out so i can just have a stud :) also have my tragus pierced on both ears and a couple tattoos :)

I can't just quit as i need the money ..and i'm not single so can't just up and leave ..it's such a hard decision :/
