I am really interested in being a part of your challenge group. I started round 2 today after 6 months off. I couldn't believe how weak I felt today, so I guess I better not get lazy again :) I can do everything that is required but I cannot afford the Shakeology...Is that a deal breaker?

I finished my first round and I loved it! The main thing that I learned was that I had to eat enough food to sustain working out so hard. I needed to up my water intake considerably but once I fell into a routine I was able to finish with great results. You just need to keep going, digg deeper, no matter how tired you are…

I just bought a BodyBugg yesterday. Do you use the Apex website? How do you incorporate MFP into the bodybugg program. I love MFP and all my friends here, so I was hoping that there was a way to do both!

I've had a "bad day" since Thursday!! I don't know what my problem was but I just kinda lost my mind for 3 days! I woke up today feeling absolutely horrible! I need to have no more bad days for a while!

Before I started the program, I went out and bought knee braces, just for added support. We also noticed that our feet were hurting us after working out, so I think you need supportive shoes as well. My daughter and I both finished a couple of weeks ago, injury free . . . I think you just have to listen to your body

After my first Max workout, I had to head straight to the bath tub and soak! It was so hard but I was able to finish the program a couple weeks ago! I feel like there's nothing that I can't do now!

I did the same thing, I knew I wasn't ready for Insanity, so I did a month of Ripped in 30 with Jillian Micheals. Now that I've finished Insanity, I incorporated some Bob Harper with the Insanity and I'm loving it!

If I work out in the begining of the day, there is no way I'm going to eat something super bad. My way of thinking is that if I eat something bad, then I just worked my butt off for nothing.

You can still have cereal for breakfast! I changed my milk to almond milk and I try and eat a high fiber, low sugar cereal. Any fiber 1 cereal, shredded wheat or kashi brand cereal would be good.

I was shocked the first month and just when I started feeling like I could do it, then month two came around, which is 50% harder! I finished last week and I can't believe how strong I feel, mentally as well as physically! Keep digging deeper!

Today I did the Bob Harper Kettlebell workout. It was 54 minutes and my HRM said I burned 489 calories.

Without seeing your diary and how much you worked out, it will be hard to tell what is wrong.

If you think about it . . . 10 lbs is the same as 2 bags of potatoes from the super market. Carry those around for a while and you will totally appreciate those 10 lbs gone!

My motivation to keep going is working out. I work out in the morning before work and that keeps me on the straight and narrow. I'm not going to workout that hard just to blow it by eating poorly.

If you want to be in the best shape of your life by May, then you should purchase the Insanity workout from Beachbody. I am in my 2nd month of this workout and I have never been this fit!

I have been with my husband since 1987 and this is the first time that I have weighed less than him! It's a good feeling, huh!
