  • I am doing Supreme 90 now. I got bored with the workouts after the first week. So now I do cardio for my warmup and yoga for my cooldown. It has made a huge difference in number of calories and my motivation.
  • I started this program on Jan 1st. I was also getting kinda bored so now instead of thier warm up I do a short cardio DVD or Wii Zumba for my warm up. Then for the cooldown I do Yoga from Daily Yoga app. The increases my calorie burn and makes the workout mych more interesting.
  • I do a lot on knitting which keeps my hands busy and away from food.
  • Sounds like "the thought of vegies" grosses you out. Humans are supposed to be omnivorous and eat a variety of meats vegies and grains. Just keep trying different kinds made different ways, Im sure you will find something you like. And dont overthink it.
  • My stats: SW: 185 CW: 155 GW: 135 WAIST: 35" HIPS: 44" I plan on knitting my own bikini to wear on Fun Float Day on June 23rd. This is a huge event in my town where hundreds of people float an 8 mile stretch of river.
  • I am in the same boat. I will friend request you. So far the only requests I have gotten look like infomercials. Dont forget to check out the groups also.
  • That is SO DISTURBING! I have always believed that if an achievement is easy to acquire it is not worth acquiring.
  • Anyone have The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook? It got good reviews on Amazon and is cheap.
  • Light dressing does wonders for raw veggies. There are lots and lots of veggies available now you should try a few new ones that you see in the produce department at your grocery store. Also if there are one or two veggies you like just eat those. Do you like any veggies?
  • Good question. I like my wide hips and round butt. I also love that my body allows me to do so many different fun activities with my family like canoeing, fishing, playing, dancing, etc.
  • I am 5'3" and I started at 180ish and a size 14 headed for a 16. Since October I have lost 25 or so pounds and I am down to a 10 headed for a size 8. I log everything on MFP and stay between 1200 and 1400 calories. I do cheat some but it keeps me motivated. I exercise almost everyday doing DVD that have strength and cardio…
  • I make my own egg mcmuffin. It has less than 250 calories and lots of protien. I put one egg (scrambled in the microwave), a slice of 2% processed cheese, and 2 small slices of canadian bacon on a 100 calorie whole grain english muffin.
  • I like fresh snacks like lowfat cheese cubes, baby carrots, apples, etc. I frozen microwave meals like Lean Cuisine and Fresh Express.
  • Thats awesome! I had a similar experience at Sears. I used to wear a 14 and they were tight so I started trying on 12s... too big. Then 10 ...and they fit ok but a little loose. When I put on an 8, I couldnt stop smiling. They are a little snug but I know I will get there. I havent worn an 8 since college.
  • I have the BeachBody Turbo Jam dvds and I love them. They are lots of fun and they offer suggestions for working at a slower pace and modifications for bad knees.
  • The manual one is probably more acurate. I have been having wierd readings from my scale too. I recently ordered me a new one from Amazon. The reviews were good so I hope it is accurate.
  • I hate to start something and not finish it. I am going to try a short Zumba workout as a warmup and my favorite Daily Yoga as a cooldown. I just like variety. Thanks for posting.
  • I have Zumba fitness 2 and I LOVE it. The workouts are so much fun that even an hour seems like no time. Plus I recently went to a party and my new dance moves were a big hit. lol. I just got Just Dance 3 but I havent tried it yet.
  • It is almost impossible to get all the vitamins and minerals you need from food. I take a one-a-day multivitamin for women and iron because I have always had anemia issues. I also take D3.
  • My kids like rice crispies with just little sugar sprinkled in. I like it too with a banana instead of the sugar. My kids call it the talking cereal. lol
