Great attitude, Show them what you can do. Cardio will come with increased stamina. Awesome NSV.

You can add me if you like, I have lost but I still have another 58 to go SW 277, CW 175, GW 117, I am short 5'1.5". Set small incremental goals to help stay motivated. You've got this.

I usually log as I go, sometimes if I am packing up leftovers for lunch the next day i will go ahead and log it for tomorrow so I don't forget something. If I am eating out I will browse and log before I order so that I stick to what I logged (ie. 1/2 and entree).

I just say "Thank you, I really have been trying" and smile and walk off unless they have questions. The ones I hate are those I heard today "Can I buy you a sandwich, mac n cheese or pie?" I answered no thanks I am fine, I have all that just not all in one day, give my biggest smile and leave the area.

I log it as "curves circuit training" since that is what it is designed after. Hope this helps.

Start small, When I first started walking with a friend we found a walking path at a local park, we swore it had to be a 5 mile trail, it was 1.08 mile, and it took us 40mins to walk it. We did that for a couple of months and as it got easier we added more laps. Then when we could do 3 laps in about an hour, we then joined…

It takes time, be patient. The place we want to lose the most is always the last to go and the hardest. Hang in there.

Went out with friends and was able to sit on a wooden bar stool for 1.5 hours without my butt falling asleep or the feeling I was being stared at for the overhang of tush.

Good Luck, The right mindset is the biggest challenge I have found in weightloss. YOU have to be ready for the change, not for someone else, only for YOU. Once you get this nothing can stand in your way. Set small incremental goals and have a good support system like MFP to stand by you, you may stumble along the way,…

One of my Happest NSV, was when I sat in a theatre style seat and realized I cleared the arm rest with room to spare. I use to have to raise them up before I sat down.

Good for you, on the workout instead of food...I feel for you, I had similar situation for 9 years...Next year Buy yourself something nice and put it under the tree from the kids. You deserve it.

Hello, I'm 5'1.5" and I log everyday since I started MFP. I've lost 97lbs so far since Feb 2012, but I still have about 55 to go. PS I'm almost 43.

Yep, will have to workout at home that day since the gym is closed. But that is why I have an elliptical and recumbent bike in the basement. Gotta hit my goal for this month, I am soo close to 100 lbs lost.

43yo, White, 5'1 1/2" 181 size 16. Funny thing with clothing is the makers change sizes all the time. I have a size 18 from 15 years ago that I still can not get close to being zipped or buttoned, but yet I just bought a pair of 16's two weeks ago that are now loose enought to have to wear a belt with them. Size is just a…

Great Job and WELL SAID...almost to a T what I do all except the planning, I gotta get better at it. You Look Fantastic.

I am in the same boat....Ate holiday meals at other people's homes..Did so in moderation, but when I weighed this morning (which I do once a week on the same day) I had gainned 1 lb back...I know it is because of the stuff I don't eat or eat in small quantities, that could not be avoided..pull up our bootstraps and move…

Good Job... You look Great...Keep it up. Wow

I personally use the Carnation Instant Breakfast mix (Sugar Free) with Skim Milk - only take a minute to mix it up and can take on the go.
-
I am sure that is the most awesome feeling...I myself, am almost there, bought a new pair of 16's last week cause I am running out of pants that fit. Keep up the hard work..I am sure your smile was as large or larger than the one in your profile.

Looking good!!! Awesome Job.

Awesome!! Wonderful NSV for you both.

Hang in there, don't throw that towel yet. I am 5'1.5" and will soon be 43 yo, I have been losing since Febuary 2012 and I am a little over half way to my goal. It does seem to come off slower at this age or it may be because it has been almost 15 years since I have truly tried to lose weight. I have friends who are all…

Like said before, one small step at a time - look at your daily comsumption, is it all food, soda's, empty calories. Eliminate certain foods that you have weakness for. In my case it was soda's, I can't do diet soda's for they are a migraine trigger for me. When do you eat, is it boredom, mindless snacking while watching…

Keep up the good work. Its wonderful how better choices and exercise can make those numbers drop. Way to GO!!!
