Love this! I completed the gallon challenge yesterday and it was way easier than I expected, so I am feeling great about this new strategy. I've got a 1 qt. water bottle, so I'm going to go for 4.5 bottles today instead of yesterday's 4. Whoo! Good luck guys!

Thanks, that's a great idea! I usually try to avoid looking at pictures like that, but I think it will help remind me why I am doing this.
