Just thought i’d post to give an update to my fitness journey.. Invested in some home weights as i’m terrible at getting to the gym lately, due to work being really busy (blah blah). Started Caroline Girvan IRON programme today. Has anyone done it / heard of it? Basically I’ve completed day 1 and it’s half an hour of legs…

Weigh in day: Sunday PW: 144.6 CW: 145.5 There is definitely some sodium weight or something at play here as I went out for a meal - within calories but had weighed in the 143’s the previous day! Weekend weigh ins are not always the best for me 😵💫

Steps for the week, not accurate as had to cover shifts in my work kitchen this week on Thursday and Friday and not allowed my watch on and no pockets to carry it so steps not recorded for 5 hrs each day. Never mind 😔

Steps for the week: Really pleased with those! A record for me on Wednesday- a night out with lots of dancing! The 5000 day is because my watch wouldn’t charge in the morning so I had to work without it. Annoying as I definitely hit my 10k target that day too! Never mind, overall a good week!
