Just wanted to update for Sunday: I burnt another 1,238 calories on Sunday (75 minutes on the ellipticals, 30 minutes on the treadmill and a 1 hour weight strengthening class at my gym). No, I don't. I mainly use machines at the gym, so I go by the calories posted there after I put in my weight and age (of course they have a HRM on them).
