Being part Italian, I would tell you don't do it and just buy part-skim ricotta. The type I buy is fairly comparable to the type of cottage cheese I buy. HOWEVER, you can make the cottage cheese creamer (since it's not really melty) by mixing it up with a hand mixer.

Same! I keep my tupperware on the scale, [example] toss in all my berries (prewashed) then write it all behind me on the fridge. Bravo so far! :) Keep up the good work! *side note* You don't have enough testosterone in your system to bulk. You have to ACTIVELY work at bulking to get "bulky." A typical gym go-er like you or me won't suddenly become Jay Cutler (the BB) from lifting heavy.

Rocking some sore muscles today, so a .6 gain on the scale. My legs feel like jello after yesterday's session. Tonight is a bit of walking and maybe some yoga to stretch out. Nothing major.

Glamourize on amazon. OMG I will never buy another sports bra brand if I don't have to. I'm fairly large on the top half. These babies don't move. PLUS Moveable enough to do yoga. Nice being able to bend over and not get knocked out!!
