I can feel my body toning all over.. its not as jiggly lbvs

Here lately ive been walking two hours a day, a hour in the morning and a hour at night. Ive seen quite a difference in the inches ive lost. specially in the hips and stomach area.

This is Awesome.. i started 30DS and only completed level 1 and 2 when it was time to move to 3 i stopped. So im def going to give it another shot! For the two short weeks i did the workout i saw results, i know it works :)

Yes she was on some talk show and they showed a picture of her when she was heavy.

I use both i started on the elliptical because i wanted to work up to running now i do treadmill and i love it!!!
