    I had my tear ducts removed so I cannot cry.




    not really. I just don't cry an awful lot - i find it a waste of energy.

    I cry about everything. I cry when I'm happy, I cry when I'm sad, I cry when I'm embarrassed, I cry when something is sad on tv, I cry when something is touching, sometimes I cry at sappy songs in the car...I mean really, I cry ALL THE TIME.

    Today's cry (well, the first one of the day, I mean I'm not joking I cry about everything) was prompted by my 5 year old coming up to me, giving me a hug, and saying "Mommy, I love you. You're pretty." then giving me a kiss.

    Knowing my daughter is happy in her group home because when I visit, she ignores me. No hugs, no kisses, just a look of 'what are you doing here?'

    My fiance (now ex) making fun of my weight last night. Saying my leg was "all over the bed", saying I'd never lose the weight anyway and I should just "eat a bullet" and get over with it. Almost wanted to cut my wrists over everything that was said. Yeah. Still crying.

    I cried because of the stress of what is changing in my life. The end of my marriage, starting a new job, and starting to put my life back together. I know I am strong. I guess some days you have to give into the pain and then let it go.

    Good lord woman. Screw eating a bullet. If he's your ex I'd say you dodged a bullet! There are men out there who will treat you like a person with feelings. When you're ready, look for one. Hope your day improves.

    A very special email from a friend who is on the other side of the world right now, made me tear up this morning.

    Oh and last night at work, one of the kittens we have up for adoption was adopted out to a great family, we've had this kitten for a long time so saying goodbye was very hard on me.

    our best friends, a couple, who have ALWAYS been the ones who go on about how amazing they think we are, their kids think we are amazing, we are their best friends blah blah, have made new friends and now i hardly see them. if I do see them the new friends are always there, and pretty much no-one talks directly to you. When I do ask to socialise or even have a coffe, they are always too busy.
    the hard thing is that they live right across the road, and it is impossible not to hear them socialising with other people.

    almost being attacked by a dog (very old golden retriever)

    It ran at me, walked around me and it took a good 5-6 times for the owner to get the dog back on their property. I WAS ON THE SIDEWALK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET !

    My very good friend's father passed away overnight. I feel for him.

    Oh, and how 'bout that stock market. Fiscal cliff here we come. Should make dieting a little easier when we cannot afford food.

    I cried when my 71 yr old mother called and told me she had to put her sweet dog down because he fell ill all of a sudden. To hear your mother cry is heartbreaking.
