I have hashimoto's. Took me a lot of time because I didn't starve myself, just cleaned my diet and worked out a lot. SW: 159 lbs CW:136lbs GW: 120lbs There is hope for us too :)

I was the same way a few months ago. Then I started using 2 tbsps of 2%milk. It gives coffee the creamer-like color and little sweetness too. Got me some time to get used to it, but I like it so much that I won't go back to creamer ever!

I would say stick to the plan, keep eating healthy, within your calorie limit and if there is enough deficit, you WILL lose weight.
