Nothing ruins motivation like a sedentary scale! Try switching up your exercise. If you're normally an elliptical fan, try the stepper or rowing machine for a while. As everyone else has said, add an extra snack in to your day and try not to get too frustrated

I have a strict rule when it comes to my ink - if I want a piece done, I have to think on it for 2 years. If I still want it after 2 years, then I can make the appointment. This ha resulted in dozens of 'ideas', but only 3 tattoos (so far)!

Haha I agree!! I'm 5'6 and my goal is 145-150. It's been a long time since my weight was at that point, so I figure I can always reevaluate when I get there if need be.

I have about 2 mugs of hot green tea a day, and I count this towards my water intake.

That sore feeling makes me smile when I get up in the morning - means I did something different and my body's adapting! I'm lucky enough to have a hot tub so that's what I soak in when my muscles get sore (I did 35 min of jump rope last night, so my calves are begging for a good hot tub tonight!)

That's nothing to scoff at! Personally, I scoff (internally) at co-workers who sit down and eat a family size bag of chips at their desk (happens more often that you'd think)

That's always a hard question to answer! I'm 5'6 and my goal weight would be 145, but I know my body and how my weight sits and I'd be happy any where between 145 and 150.
