Good luck!great points. - I would look at cutting your carbs for a week or two and see if that works. Also see your doctor to make sure there is no other issues

I like the 24 hrs gyms. I think you should shop around and see what each place has to offer. Most gyms give a two day pass that you can try before you sign on the dotted line. Also, if you have friends ask where the go... I suggest having a friend/workout partner to motivate you going

I'm a photographer and hate getting my photo taken. There are not bit many photos of me on Facebook that I like. I swear my friends are deliberately try to snap bad photos of me eating. Forget about Facebook. Workout and be happy. When you are happy with weight go hire a photographer and do a 60 min shoot.

I weight myself twice a day. First thing in the morning and just before I go to bed. It's not for everyone but I find it let's me know when I'm stuck at a certain weight... It happens every 8-10 days.

First thing that stands out in your diet is the carbs. For me I lost 50 lbs in 3 months by working out 4-5 times a week and by cutting carbs. Little or no bread and pasta and no junk food. I suggest you post your diet.... It would be hard to know where to start. Also go see your doctor. There could be another reason like thyroid

I would try to add a couple early mornings each week. I started doing that a couple months back and now I do it 4 days a week. I find it wakes me up for the day.
