I have a frozen water bottle that I roll under my foot. Ibuprofen. LOTS of stretching. Lots and lots. Shorten your stride. have fun. That's the whole ball of advice I have -- take it in and just have a REALLY REALLY fun time!!! Finish on both of your feet and don't put so much pressure on yourself to finish in a certain time that you forget to have a blast ;)
