I first came here in 2012 and then didn't again until May this year. I would say there is an 'in crowd' with jokes and comments that cross the boundaries of single threads - this does automatically make others feel like outsiders. I can tell it's not malicious , it's grown through friendships, but there will be many people…

Hi I'm a newbie to this group. After a very tiring day in London drinking with friends I've made a promise to my liver that I will not drink a single drop of alcohol throughout July. As if by magic I then found this thread!

Just go ahead and send it to me. I don't bite 😈

You should have walked out and said 'phew, I'd leave it a minute if I were you' then casually walked off. He would remember it for the rest of his life 👍

I confess I'm a lazy person hiding in a busy looking exterior.

I lost weight on my forehead?! Last time I wore this particular baseball cap was a couple of months ago, it is a stretch fit and I have a big head, when i pulled it fully onto my head I used to get a line on my forehead as it was tight. I put that same baseball cap on last night and there is a good 5mm gap to me forehead,…

My lifting performance improved massively once I started to do Yoga. It's core strength building and stretches you like nothing else! I'd recommend doing a couple of classes so the instructor can put you right on technique and then you can do it at home via YouTube instructors .

Start your journey but change your expectations for Jamaica . You want to go there and be confident in your body as it is now - be at peace with yourself but with the task of improvement over time and you'll approach this the right way. Enjoy your holiday! Oh and start strength training. It'll change your life

I attended my sons sports day and psyched myself up to run in the dads 100m sprint! I'm not a runner but my kids wanted me to take part and I did. I came last but I ran 100m in front of 500 people.. I would have been out of breath walking 100m a few years back :)

Sorry I can't help but I'm in exactly the same position as you and wondering the same thing so I'll watch for the replies. Do you find it's more loose skin than fat? Like it's really 'jiggly' ? That's what I've found

God bless you Mike and I wish you a speedy recovery

Thanks for that and great work. What did you set your daily calories at? I'm at 220 and training 5 times a week and I've got mine at 2000 but with eating 50% of excercise calories back.

Dude that's totally inspirational!! Do you have a link to a success story? Keen to know what you did and over how long. Great transformation
