Propolis. In drops, either with a little sugar or directly in the throat.

I think I need to better clarify what I meant. By "eating at maintenance" I did not mean the occasional break caused by vacations/events/dinner out... Neither was I talking about increasing the calories because of hunger or cravings. I meant a conscious plan to eat at maintenance for, let's say 3 weeks, every (let's say) 3…
-
@jemhh How often do you do that? And for how many days?
-
Thank you for your point of views. @jemhh, this is exactly what I was thinking about. I wouldn't really use the word "diet break", because I would still be logging everything and be sure not to go over my limit.
-
Exactly the same for me.
-
When there is still quite some weight to lose and the scale doesn't move I tend to think the person is eating at maintenance. Be sure that you are still keeping track of everything you eat and are not overestimating the calories burned. However, to move a stubborn scale I found useful, in the past, to eat at maintenance…

This is funny. "Robot", the new denomination for "self-control".

Today is done. Tomorrow you start where you left. No big deals, really. Don't restrict yourself, maybe take 100/200 calories off your total, for a few days. But if you don't it's not a disaster, don't worry.
-
You could try to consume most of your calories in the evening, but, of course, that means that you will need to eat less during the day.
-
If you keep doing what you are doing and keep track of your calories there is no reason for you to gain the weight back.

I am diagnosed with schizoid personality disorder and I have been suffering from panic attack and derealization for 12 years now. In the past it was so bad that I had to either stay in bed or go to the hospital, every day for months at a time. I tried EVERYTHING. The only thing that works are medicines, in my case…

If you study anything science-related, you must use the metric system. I think in the U.S.A. as well. I'm from Europe, so of course I think in cm and kg. BUT while dieting I sometimes set MFP in pounds because it takes less time to lose 1 pound than 1 kg.
-
I eat about 700 calories around 13.00 and 700 between 17.00 and 18.00.
-
I pre-log every evening, but sometimes it happens that I change my mind during the day. I am more successful when I strictly stick to my pre-logged food.

You can use any photo manipulating program, such as Photoshop. Do you have it?

Hi, I follow an IF plan (18:6), I tried 5:2 and failed on the first week, but I can try to give you my opinion. 1 and 2. I think it may be best to avoid exercises during the fasting days, at least in the first few weeks, to give yourself time to adjust. However, if you do exercise, I have no idea if it's best to eat part…

All you need to do is set 1 pound loss on MFP goals, follow the calories it gives you and log everything. No magic involved. Good luck!
-
Hi and welcome back. Unfortunately you cannot delete old entries, but they will eventually disappear when you log new entries. Good luck with your journey. :)
-
You can't. And it's frustrating, so MFP developers, if you are reading, please change this! I still have food that I ate only a couple of times, years ago.
-
I have no idea what that is, but no matter what type of "style" of eating you use, the only important thing is that you eat less than you burn. Use MFP, count all the calories and be patient. Exercising is great for the health, but almost irrelevant for the weight loss (if you don't count the calories you eat).

Some people found that calories cycling helped them through a plateau. I can't tell you if it actually helps, but you might want to try it. If, for example, you have a daily calories of 1200, you can eat 800 one day and 1600 the next, 1000 another and 1400 the next... so that the average of daily calories will still be…

I am very sedentary, so if I didn't actively decide to go out and walk I wouldn't even reach 1500 steps in a day. I listen to an audiobook (there are thousands on youtube) with my smartphone and I go out and walk. I average between 10k and 20k steps.

Hi, I understand you, because I have also just recently started again to take my medication and the worst side effect is that I always gain weight. Usually I keep it under control, but this past year (due to moving to a new country and... stuff) I didn't use MFP and gained 15 kg. Anyway, I had to start taking meds again…

Vegetarian here as well (kinda, had to stop after 10 years due to medical reasons, now I only eat fish). Protein powder is good, I tried many and I think chocolate (no brands in particular) always tastes the best. Add some milk and it tastes delicious.
-
Of course you can. But beside those 800 add also another 400.
-
You had a beautiful body also in the starting picture, so don't ever get discouraged if it takes a while to lose the last 10 pounds (it usually does), because you look already really good, take your time and keep going.
-
If you feel more comfortable doing this way, I think you should feel free to do it. But, in case you don't lose any weight for many weeks in a row, the first thing to do will be to start counting everything you put in your mouth.

Hi, there's a group for IF: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/49-intermittent-fasting And another group for 5:2: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/100058-5-2-fasting I combine 5:2 and 18:6, feel free to add me. :) Just a suggestion, it is better to weigh yourself when you start, at least to be able to…

Breakfast is my biggest meal, but I have it at 11/12 a.m. (Intermittent Fasting)

Or just use cm, which are more accurate.
