  • I'm not sure how much my beagle weighs, but I've lost him already for sure. He's probably between 15 and 18 kg and I've dropped 23 already. Feels so great. ... though it will terrible when I'll actually LOSE him. : (
  • Good news: as of today, I've lost a total of 20 kilograms (a bit over 9 kilograms since I've started using MFP). Bad news: none, really!
  • I first noticed how my quads started to be visible. Then I noticed how i can buckle my belt tighter. Currently I'm seeing the most progress on my forearms, as some veins start to show from underneath the fat (and how the visible parts of them are getting longer).
  • I've learned in my journeys that personal trainers at gyms are worthless most of the time.
  • Even though I am starting early in comparison, I still regret not starting earlier - back in high school. Oh, the countless opportunities I've missed out on already! A few months more though and I won't miss out on any opportunities because of my looks or fitness anymore.

  • Yeah, that's how my grandmother used to make them. Beat the egg whites, add a little flour, add the yolks, mix with a spoon, pour on a frying pan with some margerine. Idk if that's the "proper" way but it's tasty.
  • I just make a simple omelette (1 tbsp of flour per each egg) and eat it with jam (preferably plum). it's got a bit too many calories, but tastes awesome and i burn it off with cardio anyways.
