Hehe I actually did the same search :D It says on the website 503 calories per hour so I log it as 25 for level one as there is a little into but that bits up to you :D

I'm on day 9 and I'm the same, no weight or inches lost. Was worried I was the only one. Maybe it'll happen on level 2 :D

Hiya guys, hope you don't mind me joining this :D I started on 14th sept so did day seven today and I'm noticing a difference. My endurance has gone up but no inches lost and can't do push up's still. Has anyone else noticed a change yet? Worried I'm doing something wrong or something.

I'm not sure :S It says diet and there are less calories so I suppose it isn't as bad as some of the others. It's like pepsi max; if there are no calories and no sugar in moderation it should be okay, right?

I am concerned with my overall health because I'm asking about supplements to take alongside my diet, not replace my healthy eating lifestyle. When you say thermodynamics, if my intake for the day was 1200 calories would you suggest exercising to burn at least 1201?

I can see a difference between the two front shots for sure. Could you put the pictures smaller and side by side? Like old next to new? Then you might see it too. :D

At least it gets easier lol I'm on day 4 now and can so notice the difference whilst doing it! My endurance has gone up and I'm so less sore compared to yesterday :D I actually think I might be able to make it till level 2 now. Still not happy with the 1kg weights though :( Anyone got any ideas? :D

Haha Twins! Well almost, I wish I was off to Hawaii too ;) Ahh so the trick might be heavier weights, I can't feel anything at the mo. I'm going to go get some 2kg weights tomorrow, that's about 5lbs I think so I'll let you know. 2lbs is good for rehabilitation then? I might have to drop mine back down when I start level 2…
