I just stopped drinking it and started drinking at least 8 cups of water a day. If I need something different I'll add crystal light to it or drink those sparkling flavored waters.

You know, when I would go on walks I would often have pain in my calf's where it would feel like they're trying to rip though my skin, the only difference when I would walk to workout and walk normally was my shoes, and sometimes where I walked so like roundgal said it could definitely be your shoes

Yes actually today is a perfect example. I was going through some serious cramps but I just took some medicine and toughed it out, eventually the pain went away and I get lazy too but I just think its only for an hour...or 30 mins and I get it done.

That's great! I unfortunately have a lot to lose. I personally have problems with following through when it comes to weight loss!

I sometimes like having kashi go lean cereal and I'll just throw it in a ziplock bag and eat it dry with some blueberries or strawberries. But honestly I recommend prepping your meals ahead of time. So when you have some free time use it up by making meals you can just grab and heat up when you have no time to cook.
