Day 2 and I did the 16 in the program and another 8. All modified on knees. Ow but a good ow. A bearable ow. I can see getting through this and doing it again until I can do the unmodified ones. It's a good challenge.

My gym has a sauna and steam room and the hottest water EVAR. So yeah, I head to the gym bc there is warmth there and it's too cold to run around outside. It's like 25 degrees here in NYC but the wind chill makes it feel lots colder.

I turned 44 last December and have been on MFP for 4 mos. I'm making a lifestyle change here and looking to lose up to 80lbs this year. I'm doing it by eating less or non-processed food, portioning my food and exercising like a mofo. Endorphins are my friends.

My calorie intake is set for 1510 and I find that I'm under that for the most part. I eat foods high in fiber, lean meat, whole grains. oatmeal with toasted almonds, cranberries, a little milk and maple syrup. I'll throw it in a container then in my bag and eat it after it's cooled off and congealed into a solid block. it works for me. and unicorns poop marshmallows and stars, so sure, why not?
