I log all the time, good bad and ugly, that being said I eat a bunch of what alot of people consider horrible proccessed food, my food diary may make some cringe, however if microwave food does not offend you, add away!

I can usually drop about 5lbs by cutting back sodium and flushing with water, also the whole morning weight is lower is dead on, I weight about 3lbs more after breakfast water and coffee.

I ate...everything...just everything,,,I dont think I have a macro that isnt red tonight..who knew skyline for lunch and fully loaded nachos for dinner could add up to 7 kazillion mg of sodium? Thank goodness my week was lovely!

Thanks Laura! I am happier now, and excited about this journey, I am still wondering who i am, I am not who i was before that is for sure, I like exercising,,, that is just wrong! LOL

I LOVE Primal, an obscure game called Skies of Arcadia, FF 7, Fable 2 , the Zelda line, the list goes on and on, our house has a Wii, Xbox 360, ps 3, a DS, and i reward myself for hitting mini goals with new games!

Ok but no laughing, I have COPD and a hernia and I did 2 1 minute planks today!! I was SUPER proud,, and a total of 45 minutes work out combining stregnth and cardio!

Yep! I drank 6 Dr peppers at least a day, and used to joke that water was what was in my toilet, i started with replacing after coffee with water and gradually cut down till i now crave water, if you had told me back then i would ever craved water I would of laughed in your face,,baby steps work best for me at least!
