lean against a wall and place a tennis ball between you and the wall. Move slow till you find the spot that hurts, hold that spot for 30 seconds, release and repeat. I also have hip issues and use a foam roller almost everyday.

I know why your T4 has plummeted, that is normal with the radioactive iodine. I am not sure about the TSH, with Graves your TSH should have been low or even zero to start and than should slowly go up as your body uses up the excess T3 and T4.

I am in Wisconsin and we have been having lots of below 0 days. Tribball is also called doggy soccer. Cooper gets to push a ball around with his nose to a goal that I am standing by. We are only in the foundation class right now. We are working on sending him out past the ball and pushing the ball with his nose.

I total agree, I love my clown. We are taking tribball classes and he like that. I would love to do agility with him, but not in this weather.

There is nothing like a Vizsla to get you out an active. If we don't go to the dog park at least once a day he drives me bonkers.

Vizsla 1 year old male named MR. Cooper. He is super active and we go to the dog park everyday. He is super smart and has us trained well. lol. I couldn't ask for a better dog.

even if you splurge once a month at 4000 calories thats only a difference of 133 calories a day for a month. (this is assuming that you ate your normal 1740 plus the extra 4000.) That just means that you make the adjustments. I would also sugest trying to eat more fats or protiens to help with the always hungry feeling.

NUTELLA is not healthy. It is frosting with only little hazelnuts in it. I can find Chocolate frosting with less sugar in it.

I agree with this, some people don't get social clues and need to be told out right. I would talk to him before the date, and if it doesn't go well, skip the date. Make sure you are clear about what you want, and what you expect from him.

Your drs and sugen might just be worried about your ablility to recover from an illness or surgery. Weight loss puts alot of stress on the human body, add to that an illness and you might have a very hard time recovering.
