i like to see the ''your weight in 5 weeks will be....'' so everything gets logged except water, i just cannot be bothered to log water intake

i run round and round the giant softplay with my son. i wish there were giant playparks! i'd like to be fit enough to be a cheerleader, but not be a cheerleader, lol i love the gym though, i get hypnotised by the moving numbers :P

weigh yourself, and if you don't like it don't enter it till next week weigh. i've always been lower (so far :P), so it's worth the risk of stepping on the scales :)

i used to write myself a list of stuff to do in the morning when i was a student, i wrote it just before bed and read it in the morning, i wrote stuff like what i was going to wear and where my keys were and stuff. it worked for a good while. now i have a drink if i wake up in the night and im forced to get up to pee :P…

i have a wii, and wii fit, you still need motivation. i do like just dance 4. still needs will power. with a sofa as an alternative im inclined to waver..... :P

ooooh i hate gossiping people, dont gossip in the gym gossip in the cafe! i do not care about your dilemma/pets/babies/plans for later. i'm also expecting to be annoyed in january when all the phony new year resolution people join up and hog everything.

when i was young i was thin, but not very healthy. i had aching joints and fatigue. i recommend good foods. (my goal here is to sort out good amounts. and up my exercise)
