I add Stevia and some fresh fruit to Greek yogurt.

The GNC 25 protein shakes are quite tasty. I have been drinking those mixed with 8 oz. of almond milk for breakfast and lunch. For snacks, I still have some fruit and plain greek yogurt. Then I just eat what I want for dinner, but try not to over eat.

I've been on Plexus since November 18, 2013. I hate to say this, but I haven't noticed a difference at all. Thanks everyone. I will definitely get a monitor with a chest strap. I was pricing some monitors at Target. There were some Polar monitors there and I believe one with a chest strap was $69.99. I'm not sure if it's the Polar FT4 or not. I will do some more research this weekend. Thanks for the help and information.

My resolution is to lose 60 lbs. I'm hoping to accomplish this by my Birthday which is in July. I have to learn more patience with the process. What frustrates me the most is that I feel I'm doing the right things, but the scale just doesn't budge. I'm planning on getting back on track after the holidays.

Definitely talk to your husband about your need for more support. Can you take a walk during your break(s) from work? Even 30 min. a day will make a big difference.
