If they have not seen you in 3 years...maybe they need a pic of you at your highest to fully appreciate how you look now. Maybe make an online postcard of a before and after pic...I know they will see the results. However they should be more supportive.

I just read the article and it is GREAT! So I have never really had Grapefruit...what little I have had I hated. Is there a way to calm it down a little? Should I just buy the frozen can of it and chug it while plugging my nose :laugh: Any advice???

Thanks I checked it out and think it alot of it is something I would make. I am kinda picky and not too savy on some foods so I may be asking some of you MFP friends to tell me what certain foods are. What is your fav. food on there so far? I created an account and now need to add some foods to my recipe box :)

I have lost fine doing the MFP plan...NOT eating the cals or at least some of them makes 0 sense. May I suggest that maybe your were not losing the weight due to overestimating your exercise cals. I just got a HRM and the cals are different by a little bit and if you are eating all of them then you will be going over...Or…

I here that too sometimes. It makes me feel good and proud, BUT I know I can be a little better. I have a goal and I mean to reach it!!! GREAT job on 92 pounds lost, that really is wonderful!!!

Everyone is doing fantastic! I need to do better. I am off to a slow start but summer is SO busy right now! I did 4 1/2 this morning and hope to get another 3 in tonight plus I want to do a self mag. toning video today. Curious as to how many cals it burns...just got my polar watch...YAY!

uhhh I get leg cramps too and my sister, who is a nurse, says I am vitamin deficient. I know I am low on iron for sure but I don't think that would cause my leg cramps.
