Honestly she probably already wonders the same things that you do about him. We all have to make our own mistakes and choices, that is how we grow. I say support her, be there for her, and if it blows up...don't say I told you so...she will need you even more. Just be a friend...

Push with one hand and pump a weight in the other and switch halfway through. Or maybe buy some weights that go on your ankles and wrists as you walk would add more of a workout too.

I can relate to some of your situation...my hubby says that I am way into this getting healthy, mfp thing....but like you it is all I think about. I want my kids to have a healthy begining and so they don't have to learn the hard way...ie becoming overweight with over eating and binging on junk food. My hard work is paying…

Am not going to get any miles in today so my total for Week 3 is 52 miles. I hope to get some in the last few days of this challenge and super excited for the next one. But as for this week...this is it. Keep it up everyone!!!

YES this site is the reason that I have keep to my goals and losing weight. Just stick with the daily cals and eat your exercise cals if you can. Sometimes I just can't and sometimes I can't exercise so I just stick to my cals and it works!!! You can do it. Oh and joining the challenges really is a great motivator! I am…
