  • I do the same thing only I use 1 cup homemade plain yogurt (I can't really have milk) and the bacteria in the yogurt is so good for you. 1/2 cup berry medley (frozen) 1/2 banana Total cals is 207 which is worth is to me!!! I normally make 2 cups and put one in the fridge, cover it, and have it for bkfst.
