I try to eat mine and honestly at 1200 cals a day that mfp gives me if I don't earn some exercise cals then I am STARVING! Most days I have to exercise just to get to eat dinner!!! So most of the time I eat them...Just do what your body feels. If you are hungry and you have them, eat them...

WELCOME! This is a great place to be because it NOT a diet. You can eat whatever you like, just stay in your calorie goal. Obviously you are going to make better choices or else you aren't going to be eating much...bad food=lots of cals. It's a lifesyle change that is for the better! Good luck you can do it!!!

And they were with no butter and a tiny amount a syrup...I was definently NOT losing weight :) SO I stay away from carbs like that. I want the good carbs.... I make almond folur…

I do! But maybe every two months. I was not really losing but I took my measurements and I was 2 inches down...wahoo! I recommend it.

This sounds good! I don't care for certain dressing either. My new thing is SALSA on my salads. 2 Tbsp= 10 cal. I love the hot ones and since it is so hot you don't have to put more than the 2 tbsps on. Thanks for the recipe though I will have to try this.

Either way I suppose...I just started with what I was when I found this site, but that was also my heaviest I had been. It's whatever you feel like doing really. There's no right or wrong way...Looks like you have lost quite a bit though, GREAT JOB!
