I am SO in on this challenge. I think I will do both a video and 3 days a week I go to the track. Are we logging in our miles once a week and what day should I look for the post for that. I may not be able to check in everyday....THANKS Heidi

YES!!! I only have check ups when I have too, like only when I am prego! Needless to say I am WAY overdue for one and I do not want to go in. It's not lame at all! It is so good to vent...We all have to do that sometimes. Just focus on how much you have lost, WHICH IS AWESOME!!! You are changing yourself and that is all that counts. Keep it up it will happen...:smile:

Well you can look at other people food diaries if they have it set to share, but they will not necessarily be 1200 cal goal. But it is kinda nice to get some ideas on different foods that are out there.

:wink: My aerobics teacher told us to just drink alot of water ALOT and keep working through it. Eventually I could go to the class and I never got that sore again. Maybe just a little if I added more weights or something. I say just keep on truckin'

Well I LOVE this video from SELF magazine it's called "Bikini Ready Fast". It is using weights the entire time...except warm up and cool down. It is really easy movements. I feel it the next day! But I love how easy it is and it is about 35 min. I really reccomend it. I watch it through netflix streaming through the wii.…

I like rewards and do treat myself to them...but, honestly, having my husband and friends notice that I look good and tell met I have lost weight is such a SWEET feeling, I can't think of anything more great than that!!!
