Me personally I just watch the cals and carbs. I don't really care much for the rest. I used to try and do them all but it was to hard. I would have enough cals left for dinner but it would put my protein over and it was just to hard juggling food around to make them all right...ya know! :smile:

Thanks everyone for your comments. I guess I should just count it as the same. Making the yogurt is so easy and mine turns out creamy everytime. Yep 1/2 cup is 4 oz. and 500 cals is alot! I don't think that would be worth it to me, that is almost half my cals for the day if I don't exercise. If it was me I would eat over or pretty darn close to what I hope to burn, well maybe under estimate, then make sure I work out. It should be a motivation to make sure you get it done if you know you are over. If you go over and don't get your exercise in then the next day I would work extra hard in my workout.
