Well said! I did the Duken diet phase one for 3 days. By the second day I could not sleep and my left leg was cramping, despite that I was still able to run for two miles. I kept my fluid around 2 liters a day. By the third day I lost 7.5 pounds. Not sure if I will continue the diet completely but I will certainly use his…

I started yesterday but did not want to weigh till I complete my 4 days of pure protein. I'm still reading the book, but have the jist of how the diet works. Hope all is well. Let's check in by weeks end.:smile:

bump I followed 1200 calorie a day and exercise 3-4 wk and didn't lose anything besides inches. Please keep me posted if anyone comes up with a better plan.
