  • go to the library or buy the book Hungry Girl 200 under 200..it has 200 receipes of ll kinds of foods, snacks, etc all for under 200 cal. Just got it and I am preparing my menu's so that i go get the right groceries --but it sounds and looks yummy!

  • Day 6 **update- I got my butt handed to me yesterday- i went a 24HR Lift class but different teacher and she taught 24 BOOT CAMP LIFT- I was so sore after couldn't even hold my cell phone up- today sore but I feel good for sticking thru the clas. So DAY 7 TKB 55 min ZUMBA 45 min

  • just another thought for would be freezin fruit - especially grapes, apples with a protein like peanut butter that keeps me pretty full and i used to not eat peanut butter oh and sometimes cucumbers in leiu of chips especially hummus or something.   • Welcome aboard! This is one site that i found is pro Lap-banders :) I had mine 10/09 and had dropped 70 but gainesd a bit back - but am persistent and still working on it. i hope to lose about 23 more pounds. If you need anything we are here :)
  • Be cautious gym scales are not the most accurate. They get pretty beaten up. Could be that your starting weight was off. I suggest trying another scale. That way you are starting fresh. That amount to drop is a bit drastic in the short time frame. Good luck!
  • I had lap band in oct 09 and we have that same restriction. It takes time but you do get used to it. If you do both you take the chance of getting sick so that is not fun.
  • Ok sorry - like I said I was just told that is what I MAY have had but I too was going to Dr. However the nurse simply expressed to me that the moisture from that band is not helping. This is why sometimes posting on here is no worth it.
