  • so random ? for you banders out there..the trainers I work out are telling to try a 6Xday meal plan. I am thinking I am going to try the meals are not huge but it's supposed to help restart the weight loss process. 2 of the meals are shakes and then the others are mostly 3oz chicken with a veggie..oh and breakfast egg…

  • Bread, Beer, and make a hard effort to put more veggie and protein on my plate and nothing else.
  • I did it twice and lost but wasn't satisfied with just shakes lol (it would came back a little bit at a time) and it can get pricey cause you want to get the xtras on top of the shakes unless you get 3 others below you..but I don't knock it I keep a bag on hand to help as others say jump start.

  • I wish I had my band tighten to the fulest it can and honestly just like ya'll chicken or any meat if too dry is s problem but other than that maybe bread every once and will but no longer feeling the restrictin. Kind sucks..But I am trying to make it better I do 2 shakes a day, 2 -3 small snacks and a sensible dinner.…

  • Great plan on staying off scale - thanks ladies for throwing it out there I notice I too go 3-4 lbs up.But i really notice the bloating in my hands so that is when I try not to go on scale ..Good to hear I'm not alone :)

  • Hi - I've used it and so has my husband good results but as with all things..follow the directions. I was only taking 2 pills a day and the hubbie was taking 3. We both lost - the best part was having the energy and not feeling tired or jittery. Good luck!
