I've got 16 Tats, no pics of any, started getting them when I was 14, so some are not to brilliant. Think I need to get some done over with new designs :-)

They are there from giving birth. Something every mother should be proud of. I think yours look fab, especially when you get tanned. They shine and do look like tiger stripes. Would not change you for the world hun :-)

Did 10 days of level 1, was hard to begin with, but loved it, 2 days into level and then at the weekend hurt my back, an accident, nothing to do with exercise, dam nuisance!! Will get back to it as soon as possible. Keep at it people, its great and it works :-)

Just out of curiosity, does the water contained in beer count, or is it cancelled out by the alcohol content. May be a silly question, but curious anyway :-)

Thanks. Could it lead to you not losing weight as quickly tho? I cant see how we can pee out all of the excess water so it must be retained and this could stay in the body as weight, is this the case?

Use one whole bottle of red wine. Venison chunks. Potatoes Dumplings Onions Carrots Peas Some chorito slices Stew in slow cooker all day. Mop up plate after with thick white home made bread and butter and savor the moment! Be sure to only have a saucer full of it and 1 soldier of bread as this would be low in calories :-)…

I'm doing it with my girl friend, I said I'd do it to be a motivation to her, we are on day 10 of level one, which we will do tonight before going to the gym. It is bloody hard, but gets easier. Respect to anyone who is doing it! We had Saturday off for a break from it and then last night too as Kim had a poorly stomach.…
