I agree that you're both pretty before AND after. But good job on the losing weight! :) I was recently looking at photos I took before I started, and I didn't realize how HUGE the changes have been. Maybe I'll post some progress photos too.

I agree with what's been said about going organic if you eat a lot of dairy. Although I don't think one to two cups is "a lot".
