I'm usually around 1500-1800 calories a week. I'm on a high protein diet, which i typically get from chicken, eggs and whey protein shakes. Have one fruit a day, and a handful or two of veggies. I also do 6 days of exercise. Strength and cardio.

That can be hard when you are stuck at home all day. I, myself, am looking for a lifestyle change. I find it easier to stay from eating foods when I keep myself busy. You'll need the pull up bar and resistance bands. If you have a gym you can go to, you can use their free weights and pull up bars. You will also need access to a chair and a yoga mat.

P90x is a good morning workout. They are about 60-75 minutes depending on the day. I do that in the morning.

P90x is a great program. I completed one round and working on round 2. I have only done the original program, not 2 or 3. But you can cater the workouts to your needs / abilities. You can modify, there is a variety of workout schedules depending on your goals.

The best way i have found to fight that is to just eat a healthy snack, something you really like. For me, it's either a gala apple, oranges, strawberries, or celery with peanut butter =)

Do you know what your heart rate zones are? I have a certain zone mine needs to be in to help me burn the most calories. So my HRM helps me to keep it in that range.

I haven't heard that it makes you more hungry, just that it makes you want to have more sweets or fatty foods even if you're not hungry. But I don't experience that when drinking.
