  • Ladies :D Wanted to share a recipe with you all :) It's super light and good :) it's a salad, so when you want something quickly and filling this is a good choice. You will need: -rocket salad (I used 1/4 of the rocket bag per person, but that depends on how much you like it) -tomato (if you like, I used 1 per person)…
  • Go for something along the lines of... "hey, wanna help me get healthier?" She can be your moral support, while at the same time getting healthier herself. She'll fall into the mood of it, getting healthy (not stopping eating).
  • Uhm... I don't actually own scales, so I'll have to guestimate :D
