What exercises do you do with your kettlebells besides swings and dead lifts? Do you have to take a days rest in between each workout days?

Hi everyone: I was having trouble getting back into doing my fasting days so I decided to try the BSD by Michael Mosley. I'm going to do it for a few weeks to get me back on track and then do my 4:3. I could be wrong but isn't most of this weight gain from after you let MDA? Isn't there anyway you can rejoin under a different name so you can have the support of your friends? I think they helped you more than you realized. Congrats on have 3 clean days I know how hard this is for you having BED.

Thank you everyone....I will be sure to take my measurements at least once a month. I'm also going to do 5:2 fasting with LCHF. I seem to have to lose at least 30 lbs. before I notice a size change. I hope this will be different eating this way. Everyone is doing a great job.

I had a great fast day today. My DH went to a new gym today and had a good workout. Its been about 10 years since we been to the gym.

Todays a fast day for me also. Cube steak in sauce and a salad for me tonight.

I do better if I skip breakfast and hold off eating until 12 or 1:00 o'clock. I usually have dinner at 6:30. So I tend to do a 16-8 or a 18-6 eating window. Weekend are basically the only time I don't follow an eating window and have breakfast. I have found out that once I eat something than I'm hungry from that point on.…

Today is a fast day for me. Chili and a salad for dinner. Feb. ended up being a rough month for me. I ended up gaining 2 lbs. So I started yesterday being really serious with watching my eating on normal days. I'm getting back to fasting on Mon., Wed. and Friday this week. Hope everyone is having a good fasting day.

I tend to eat up to 750 on fast days and still consider it a fasting day. I usually try to do 4:3.
