Does anyone have a cardio glide or health rider which is pretty much the same thing that they use? If so have you notice any results from using it. Thanks

What do you like better kettle bells or weight lifting?
I would like to know which workout you like doing the best and why. Your results and if you have a favorite program you use with the kettle bells or weight. I do realize it is a matter of personal choice.

Kettlebells
What are your favorite kettlebell workout? Do you get good results just using kettlebells, and what results did you get? Did the swings help to get rid of the flabbiness and firm your arms? How long before you noticed any results?

How much weight did you lose in 6 months? And how many carbs. did you eat.
I'm 60 yrs. old and have a wedding to go to in 6 months and would like to know how much everyone lost during that amount of time and how you did it. I weigh 198 and am 5' 1.5". Any suggestion would be welcome.

Help I can't get my new fitbit zip to work
I just bought a new fittbit zip and I put the battery in like it tells you to and when I tap it nothing shows up. Has anyone ever had this problem and what did you do to get it to work. Even my husband kept taking the battery out and putting it in and nothing.

Has anybody done the 30DS modified cause of bad knees
Hi: I started the 30ds today and had to modified it because I have had problems with my knees hurting last spring. I did marching in place instead of the jumping jacks, lunges, etc. I plan on doing it MWF and was wondering if I would still get good results doing it this way. Weight Watchers
I was just wondering if anyone happens to know how many calories Weight Watchers goes by. I know they use the point system but they still must have it base on calories. I have a friend that does curves and said they go by 1500 calories. Thanks
