5'8" highest weight was 227 full term with daughter Start weight on here was 217.8 Goal weight is 145 Weight as of today was 190.2 I am not sure what my build is ... Gonna have to check into that but I am thinking medium frame ...my writes aren't that big

If u are doing a lot of ab workouts then it could be ur body retaining water and muscles healing... Don't stress yet

It only took me 8 weeks or so to do ... Plus I learned how to properly tie my shoes and it made all the difference ...
