Don't be scared of the gym. You signed up for you now get to it! Choose a day and time and follow through. Once you get into the swing of things I bet the nervousness will pass. What might help is to formulate a plan. Know what you want to work on before you walk in. Start by warming up for a few minutes (or as long as you…

If it's what MFP set for you I found it to be a little low. I chose my own Macros. I aim for a higher protein/fat and lower carb ratio. I find that I don't do as well mentally on low fat.

or you could plug your numbers into a site like this one... http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ Too many variables to predict why you didn't drop weight week 3. It is one of those things that happen from time to time. I seem to drop weight every 10 days or so. Sodium has a huge impact on me, I also seem to retain water…

I tried them. Most likely will not do so again. However you should pick some up and see if you like them, I don't remember them being that expensive.

13 miles at the gym:) would have been more but was just wiped out after my cardio circuit.
-
23 miles at the gym.

I'm in Michigan and we're sharing the same weather. I just suck it up and wear a jacket with a hood. Today I wore a pair of thermal pants under my shorts. It's when I want to go the least that I find it in me to go.

another 28 miles down.

She's gorgeous and nicely balanced. The two of you do nice work:)
-
I refuse to be accountable for why someone else is choosing not to follow through or be committed.

28 at the gym.

Added 5 miles. Went for a late morning stroll through Dodge Park.

This thing has gotten pretty heated. Love live the message.

Perspective might help me some here, but I have no idea what 150 bpm is in correlation for a max heart rate. I do one that has me put in my resting rate and uses a forumula based on my age. http://www.briancalkins.com/HeartRate.htm It's slightly different for zones.

If you're wearing a HRM with a chest strap that you entered you r(age, sex, weight) data, then I would say that is more accurate than the treadmill. If you entered your weight that will make a difference in what it gives you credit for. Now as for the zone, are you working out in a fat burning zone? I like to feel that my…

I like Endmondo myself. I have a bike computer and it's always about 1/4 mile off from Endmondo. But it's close enough and I like that it gives me the average speed, current speed etc, and so many choices for what it will track for you during the workout.

12 miles this morning at the gym. Hoping to add some walking miles this afternoon.

Another 33 miles bites the dust:)

(Waves to Steve:) I'm more of a mountain biker myself, though technically I've only been riding trails in a nearby park. I've been working in the gym to increase my endurance and strength for those hill climbs. I try to ride 400+ miles a month, working on increasing that too. I rode outside until the end of November and…

Actually enemas can flush the good bacteria and it's probably not best to ingest your caffeine that way. And I went back a few days, quite a few days fairly high in sodium. See if you can get it at least under the recommended amount, and add some potassium rich foods into your diet to see if that helps.

My team is the Lions, that's enough to kill any appetite.

Added 42 miles at the gym... oh and I broke my first 19 mile hour:) I've needed that extra cool down period before. The rest of the time on the bikes was a little slower.

I like to look at my friends diaries. Sometimes I get inspired by their choices, find a new food, or a different way to use something.

I've always been a White Castle girl when wasted.

If you're only eating 1200 that may be it. You need to be patient, try not to stress:) Stress has been linked to more belly fat. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 Check out that link. It will walk you through figuring out your BMR and TDEE(total daily energy…

I have to be careful. I never feel full so it's really easy to eat way more than I intended. Now I fix my plate and eat what's there. In the past it was always back for seconds. I forgot about the jr bacon cheeseburgers. We used to get those by the bagful when they were a $1.

Start by figuring out how much you need to eat. There's a thread floating around called in place of a road map that has some great advice. Or you could use scoobys workshop or fat2fit to figure out your bmr and tdee. I will disagree about the 1200. It's not a one size fits all. Go to either or both of those web sites and…
