First of all girl.. YOU ARE Rocking it!! What about pool walking or running? Easy on the joints and a super awesome workout. You get the resistance without weights and the cardio all in one. Do you have pool access?

It is NEVER to soon to start lifting. Honestly, the best advice I can give you is start right away. It not only keeps your bones safe, helps speed up metabolism and muscles LOOK awesome on EVERYONE. I can give you advice at home video's if you want them.

My advice is do the workouts first thing in the morning. I know it is SUPER hard but nothing will ever get in the way...well besides sleeping in. I too work full time, coach, go to school part time and am training for a full marathon. If I don't get up at 4:30 to workout... I WILL NOT workout. I get tired from the day and…

I will look at this later on... I eat close to 2000 calories a day but I workout like a machine and am training for a marathon. It also can be the kinds of foods you are eating!

You have to ask yourself what your goals are... I would say that this is harmful if you don't do it correctly. For me it is all about doing the reps SLOW and heavy but not too heavy that I will pull my back or something that will impact me to continue on. So the question I ask you....do you feel like this way of exercise…

My advice would be.. pick up some weights! Weight training will help increase the metabolism and help with those last nagging pounds. If you are in a plateau you really need to change up what you are doing..Basically, you need to shock your system again. Tell me what you do for workouts and such.

It is really important to add in weight training. I can't stress this enough. Muscles don't have to be bulky and they never are on us ladies...muscles burn fat, start the metabolism and keep your bones safe. Do you feel comfortable working out at the gym with weights? Or at home?

What are you doing currently to help you get to a lean body? Are you just coming up with your own workout program?

I am confused with this too? What are you trying to give advice on?? Healthy or an English Paper?

It is okay to workout and do some sort of activity every day. However, you do need to listen to your bodies warning signs. So if you are feeling weak and just have nothing to give..it is your body saying "HEY SLOW DOWN." I train 6 days a week. I always, ALWAYS take a day off. I would highly suggest doing that or maybe two…

If anyone can help with this .... it would be me. Training is HARD-I know this because I have done 16 half marathons and one full one. But I started where you are.. and it sucks! You just have to teach your body to go an extra minute each time. How fast are you running? This is important!! I would slow it down a bit-Speed…

This is a great place to come and get support! I have been there.. lost 50 pounds :) Alternative for Pasta for me is Spaghetti squash. I never eat pasta but this is SUPER good and it is a hidden veggie! You can do bread but I would do WHEAT breads. White bread is no good for you nor will it help you lose weight. Oatmeal is…
