The answer is Distilled water!!!!! I normally drink tap water because after all I am cheap! But yesterday I decided to drink distilled water all day long. I can really taste a different it taste cleaner. All water is good for you but Distilled water is the purest form!!! Happy drinking

I drink a Gallon of water a day. When I workout extra hard I probably go up to Gallon and a half a day. Weekends are about the same... if I don't drink water I feel like crap. Plus :) if I drink all my water I am allowed to have a diet coke at night. Usually, I am to full and don't want the diet coke anyways!

Agree! Running has really helped me tone up! But it wasn't till I lifted seriously till the legs starts looking better. But he is right Running is the best kind of cardio for girls like us!

I would totally agree about the water weight... there is NO way you can put on that much weight in two days. Have you been taking in extra sodium or carbs? I only allow myself to get on the scale once a week and ONLY in the morning. Weight can go up and down 5 pounds in one day... it is all about what kind of foods you eat…

I am loving this WATER Challenge! I drank all my water for the day a little under a gallon. I have to turn of the water by 7 or I am up going to the restroom all night! How did everyone else do? Let's do this challenge again tomorrow?!?!?! Fruity Water Friday... Try it with Flavor :)

I normally put a packet of a single severing of crystal light in my gallon. Its like 10 calories or something.. I like it because it is just another flavor but not over load. I have also put cucumbers in my water and sometimes fruit...HOWEVER, it has to be cold or it is gross!

I don't know if it comes out to 18 glasses of water a day. I carry a Gallon jug around with me. You have to remember when you workout you need more water, if you drink any kind of caffeine you need more water.... so therefor I need a lot of water. I only drink the gallon and a half on days before my long marathon training…

If I were you don't focus on the calves at all! Just work it like you should... the rest will fall into place :) Maybe even smaller calves! So you can get into knee high boots!
