Everyone ability is different. I go all the way up to 30 pounds but I been lifting for years. Just do what YOU can do remember to push yourself! You will see results faster if you do that! :) Good Luck girl!

You should be fine doing this alone! I would maybe add in some cardio training too. I think a lot of people like doing a hybrid because it keeps them changing things up. Training for a marathon.. it is 23 days away and then doing the Goofy Challenge in Jan. 39.3 miles in two days. Anyways, I have done great with training. I agree Shakeology has done major things for me! I been talking it for almost a year now. Sure it cost a lot but it is money well spent for me. I have more energy and I have NO chocolate cravings... My dad takes it and his blood pressure has decreased because of it!

For me I feel I have no control over my work. I am not pleased with my job...so it brings me down mentally and physically during the day. If I don't workout in the morning...I am to tired to do it after work. So me taking control is getting up at 4:30 AM to show that I am strong and can do it.... It sets my tone of the day.

I am totally with you! However, this will be easy with me because I have slowed down on my drinking. I use to be like you drink a lot but when I wanted to have the success, see the results....I had to stop. Now, I maybe have one to two drinks a week. It is all about what you want...I am here to support you :)

It is okay.. as long as you are lifting different body parts. So for instance...I wouldn't want to do a hard leg day Monday and Tuesday. I could do a hard leg day on Monday, with a full body on Tuesday (with light weights for the legs). Your muscles need time to repair themselves...so just make sure you are being smart…

Okay.. First off-I ThINK YOU NEED TO EAT MORE. I am 152 pounds. I workout at least 1 hours if not more a day. I eat close to 2000 calories a day. I too eat super super clean, sleep. Yes.. drop at least one to two runs a week. Running that many days is not good on the joints-PLUS you want your body to recover. If you continue this up you will end up injured believe me. Bike is a great idea :) If you give in 30 minutes of HARD cardio that works too... it is all about your heart rate!

The goal is to go as quick as you can! If the pool has a water belt even better... put it on and go to the deep in. Run without even touching the bottom of the pool. Burns way more calories than doing it on land!
