Tuesday Motivation Quote day!

If you are like me you love reading quotes that motivate you and inspire you during this journey. In face on my facebook like page I make sure I include 2-3 motivation quotes a day. So I figured why not have a day where we throw out some of our favorite quotes that keep us moving and way from the junk! This is the one I found today and LOVE! It isn't about food but about things/people that might be holding you back from your success.

"Don't let negative people and toxic people rent space in your head. Raise the rent and kick them out."

I am currently getting rid of all the negative weight in my life...which allows more room for positive things and positive people.

    Getting rid of the negatives in your life (when you can) is HUGE. Talk about weight loss!

    Start doing what's necessary. Then do what's possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
