Still have about 56-80 more ounces that I'll drink today though. I typically do 15-18 cups on a regular day.0 -

I have been drinking a gallon a water a day for the past 6 months and it is so true! It is great for your digestive system and will help you not over. True, true, true! I do go to the bathroom a lot but just think of all the toxins, salt, and waste you are ridding your body of also. ;-)

Do you ever add anything to the water?
I normally put a packet of a single severing of crystal light in my gallon. Its like 10 calories or something.. I like it because it is just another flavor but not over load. I have also put cucumbers in my water and sometimes fruit...HOWEVER, it has to be cold or it is gross!0 -
I am loving this WATER Challenge! I drank all my water for the day a little under a gallon. I have to turn of the water by 7 or I am up going to the restroom all night! How did everyone else do? Let's do this challenge again tomorrow?!?!?!

I aim at a gallon of water a day which is 16 cups... i have a empty gallon i keep at my desk and fill it up every morning. My boss says i drink waaay too much water since he has to supply it! hehe!! i think its great exercise getting up every 15 minutes to pee, cause half the time im running to the bathroom.. haha.0

Need to do better on the weekends, especially on Sundays...can barely get in 2 ounces on Sundays. When I workout on Saturdays I do well with water.0 -

I tend to drink 3.5 to 5 litres per day. I find that if I drink less than 2L my weight loss slows or stops completely.0
