New to UP and have added a few of you, but would like some new Team Mates. savvy_gurl@sbcglobal.net Thanks!
-
I would like to join, if possible.
-
Just joined the team. I hope this will really motivate me to ride! Thanks for the incentive!
-
I'm in, Donna, but it might take a day or two to post my goals. I'll follow up soon! Beth

I got rid of some, but I did have some nice clothes that I didn't want to part with (and was short on $$) so I got out the trusty sewing machine and took them all in. Some of more difficult things, I took to a seamstress in town and she made them a couple sizes smaller.

Boy is my face red, lol. I will def make sure my DH stops saying it now!

The only way to drive in Seattle is with GPS!

Assuming you mean "a socially awkward or tactless act", I think you are saying it wrong. My hubby does that. Its "faux pas" and it's a real word.

Guess I'm lucky, no hot flashes or night sweats (knock on wood), but the cycle is crazy! Nothing for two months, then really heavy then spotting. I just want normal! I used to be so regular, my husband could even tell me where I was in my cycle. And I really never had bad PMS, until now. I cry at the drop of a hat, I…

Bump for reading at home. Thanks so much. Excellent info!

Agreed! It is, after all, a BACON, lettuce and tomato sandwich!

I started C25K several months ago, but couldn't get past a couple of weeks because of knee problems. Determined to do it this time! I'm in! Goals - to aid in losing weight and to relieve stress!
-
Count me in! SW = 186 Goal for September = 180

I"m restarting C25K and felt the same way. This info has been really helpful! Thanks!

I'm with you on this one. I am terrified of birds, especially chickens. And I am also terrified of mice. Once, a bat got into our farm house. I freaked and locked myself in the bathroom for hours. A mouse with wings made it a double!

Bump to try at home. Didn't show up in my activity.

Maple Bacon French Toast Cupcake!! (sorry, already in my tummy)

Sharing my opinion (sorry, didn't do this Saturday) I really enjoyed the challenge and made some wonderful friends / cabin mates! I really liked about every aspect except not being able to choose which activity we did one each day (the last two weeks). Although I had great plans to make it work, and did so the first week,…

This is the best and the easiest bread I have ever made (aside from using a bread maker). If you like English Muffins, this is as good or better. My husband devours it! http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/english-muffin-bread-2 I don't use the cornmeal in this recipe.

I just need to rant / get this off my shoulders! I am frustrated, to say the least. I am so weary of this "weight loss/life style change" game I am playing. Eat more, eat less, lift weights, don't do cardio, eat protein, reduce salt intake, don't pay attention to the scale!!!! It's driving me CRAZY! When I started on MFP,…

I'm mid way through Stage 1 and enjoying it. I am like 40mpw, do little else except bike to work, etc. I did hear that the routines in Stage 2 are a bit longer. Plus, there's some HIIT built in.

Hi all! Have missed you all a bunch. Been popping in here and there, but not for long periods. I want my life back to normal, but changes just keep happening. I have no control and I really am uncomfortable with that. Karen, I am so happy for you that your MIL is gone! And that you have your house back. I am sorry to say…
