Ok so I see everyone saying don't worry about natural sugar from fruits and such. But what is the difference. I have heard that sugar is sugar is sugar. Does your body really respond to it differently?

I made egg white muffins this week. Some peppers, onion, no salt seasoning and then eggs whites in a muffin tin. Then baked. I made them in the evening and store them in the fridge and pop a couple in the microwave each morning. Super delicious!!

have you ever tried greek yogurt? that's a great snack and full of protien. I eat the fage brand sometimes I get plain and add in my own fruit or other times I get the kinds with a sidecart of jam. Thanks and I did just what you said! Counted the whole bottle!! Because of my schedule I make things in the crock pot about 2 times a week. If I didn't dinner wouldn't be until 8 o'clock lol!! If you have any time I would love some new healthy quick crock pot recipes!! :)

I actually counted the whole bottle in my recipe and included that number into my calorie count for the day which is why I was concerned.
