  • ended 6/7 f the wek everyone.. not to happy that the scale stayed the same. I even had a challenge of walking 25 miles! I only walked 20... but also did an additional 100 minutes of cardio and 100 minutes of weight training! ugh... but I am feeling kinda bloated.. so maybe it will drop off this week! keep on keepin on!…
