OMG! That is awesome! I bow to you... I did burpees as part of a challenge and there were some days when I had to work up to 28 of them... and lord, that was tough.. I was never so glad to have that part of the challenge be over! 85 ...7 minutes... WOW!! Something to work towards!

Hey Heather!! Lost my laptop for about 10 days... and then I up dated my phone and had all sorts of heart ache! I am still hanging in there! Workingout 6 days a week with one day of rest.. I wish I could say the weight is melting off of me.. but I am still struggling with the amount of food to eat to see results.. sigh!…

wear a Polar HR monitor. I spent around $100 on it and it came with a chest strap. It shoed me that I have a pretty low heart rate and that I have to kick it in pretty hard to get in my zone. I have also seen that I can do the same exercise and my burns will be different.. it may even be that I feel like I am working…

This is me... It started for me when I hit 40... everything was harder. I did manage to lose and keep off 40#s for 6 years now.. but I still have a good 40-50 to take off.. for the last 3 years... it has been losing and gaining the same 15-20 pounds... super frustrating. I haven't had that experience. My husband had always went the other direction. But to support you, you should do what you need to do in your heart. Fast and easy.. Isn't always the best...there is a lot of risk involved too. Just sending a hug..you sound like you have a good plan...best of luck! You can do it!
